I have read the only thing I could find on the internet on the JBL 5.1 “NOUSB” “ERROR” brick problem which was on your blog :). Tried your solution to the problem with 3 different USBs and re-formatted them all before using them. The problem started exactly as you explained it, I didn’t have my subwoofer connected during the update. It started UPG.. to about 10 or something then it got stuck on the error. I am not able to do anything with my soundbar now. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?
Thanks
Samuel
Make sure you format the stick as exfat or fat32 and is of good quality. Make sure the directory name is correct and the date and time on your PC are correct
